Annandale Elementary's New Playground Named!
Recently, our Annandale Elementary staff and students participated in the naming process for our new playground. To start, staff and students suggested names. Then, on September 21, all students had the chance to take part in voting.
The top six names were Cardinal Summit, Cardinal Peak, Cardinal Cove, Cardinal Country, Cardinal Tower and Cardinal City. Cardinal Tower had 138 votes and Cardinal Country had 136 votes but....Cardinal City won by a landslide with 397 votes!
